| A new study found evidence that a woman's attractiveness is related to the size of her waist compared with her hips, the Daily Mail reported. New Zealand anthropologist Barnaby Dixson of Victoria University of Wellington has discovered the ratio that makes for the "perfect" figure. A waist-to-hip ratio of 0.7 -- or a waist measurement exactly 70 percent of the hip circumference -- scored the highest marks. Examples include some of the world's most beautiful women. Marilyn Monroe, modern-day starlet Jessica Alba and Victoria's Secret model Alessandra Ambrosio all possess the perfect figure. Researchers say it is thought that a small waist-to-hip ratio is equated in the mind with good health and high fertility. |

The toilet, which he gave to his builder to use as a plant pot between 1969 and 1972, is expected to fetch up to 1,000 pounds. The album, a mono-sound copy of "Two Virgins," showing a naked Lennon and Yoko Ono, could fetch 2,500 pounds. |

| "Godfather" director Francis Ford Coppola will receive a lifetime achievement Oscar, Reuters reported citing an announcement by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. Coppola, 71, who also wrote and directed the Vietnam War movie "Apocalypse Now" and the 1974 thriller "The Conversation," will receive the Irving Thalberg Memorial Award. It will be handed out at a dinner in November in Los Angeles. |

| A 56-year-old chimpanzee named Susie has given birth to a healthy baby girl at an American zoo, the Daily Mail reported. This is Susie's third child and her last was in 1988. Scientists are keen to visit the zoo to observe the unusual phenomenon because it is so rare, as chimpanzees usually reach menopause in their early 40s at the latest. Susie -- who is believed to be the third oldest chimp alive in America and has a cataract in one eye -- is otherwise in good health and is currently breast-feeding her infant. |
