Military Assistance 

As a developing country, China always fulfills its international obligations and extends military assistance to other developing countries in need of such assistance, while enhancing its own defense capability. China's military assistance is based on the principle of mutual respect, equality, trust, and mutual benefit. It includes, inter alia, provision of equipment, expert missions, and personnel training. China provides assistance without imposing any extraneous political conditions and without interfering in the internal affairs of recipient countries. Rather, the assistance is designed to help recipient countries enhance their security and develop their own military capabilities. We do what we can within our ability to promote shared prosperity, and tailor our military assistance to today's specific needs in an innovative manner with a focus on strengthening regional security. 

軍事援助

中國作為一個發展中國家，多年來在致力于自身國防和軍隊建設發展的同時，始終堅持承擔相應國際義務，向經濟困難的其他發展中國家提供力所能及的軍事援助。相互尊重、平等相待、重信守諾、互利共贏是中國軍事援助遵循的基本原則，主要形式有裝備援助、專家派出、人員培訓等。中國提供軍事援助，堅持不附帶任何政治條件、不干涉受援國內政，堅持幫助受援國提高軍事安全和軍隊自主發展能力，堅持在防務領域的平等互利、共同發展，堅持量力而行、盡力而為，堅持與時俱進、改革創新，注重塑造有利的地區安全格局。
