Natural, Tasty and Healthy Food of Guizhou

Guizhou has the best natural environment in China, which makes it an ideal place for high-end mountain agriculture and animal husbandry. At present, more than 300 products in the province are entitled to geographical indication protection by the former State Administration for Market Regulation. Its high-quality agricultural products, such as tea, edible fungi, vegetables, chili, mini-pigs, cattle, prickly pear, and kiwi fruit, are emerging as well-recognized brands.

In 2017, Guizhou launched its initiative to promote the province's green agricultural products worldwide as well as a branding campaign for such products.

On the basis of analyzing and drawing upon international standards on good agricultural practices and organic products as well as the former Chinese Ministry of Agriculture's standards on green food and pollution-free agricultural products, Guizhou has established two local standards regarding the production of and processing of agricultural products which offer a clear definition of green agricultural products for the first time in the country. They have provided technical support for Guizhou's endeavor to brand its green agricultural products as a whole.

貴州生態(tài)美食品、吃出健康好味道

貴州擁有中國(guó)最好的生態(tài)環(huán)境,是發(fā)展高端山地農(nóng)業(yè)和畜牧業(yè)的理想之地。目前,全省共有300多個(gè)產(chǎn)品獲得原國(guó)家質(zhì)檢總局地理標(biāo)志產(chǎn)品保護(hù),茶葉、食用菌、蔬菜、辣椒、香豬、黃牛、刺梨、獼猴桃等貴州綠色優(yōu)質(zhì)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品正成為響亮的品牌。

2017年,貴州省全面啟動(dòng)“貴州綠色農(nóng)產(chǎn)品風(fēng)行天下”行動(dòng),同時(shí)啟動(dòng)打造“貴州綠色農(nóng)產(chǎn)品”整體品牌的行動(dòng)。

在分析吸納國(guó)際通用的良好農(nóng)業(yè)規(guī)范、有機(jī)產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和原農(nóng)業(yè)部綠色食品、無(wú)公害農(nóng)產(chǎn)品等標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的基礎(chǔ)上,貴州制定了《綠色貴州·農(nóng)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)》《綠色貴州·農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工》兩個(gè)地方標(biāo)準(zhǔn),在國(guó)內(nèi)首次明確了綠色農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的定義和內(nèi)涵,對(duì)貴州綠色農(nóng)產(chǎn)品打造整體品牌提供了技術(shù)支撐。
