We further expanded coverage of basic medical insurance, so that now 1.3 billion urban and rural residents are covered.

2011年中國全民醫(yī)保體系初步形成

基本醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)覆蓋范圍繼續(xù)擴(kuò)大，13億城鄉(xiāng)居民參保。

政策范圍內(nèi)住院費(fèi)用報(bào)銷比例提高，重大疾病醫(yī)療保障病種范圍進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大。

各級(jí)財(cái)政對(duì)城鎮(zhèn)居民醫(yī)保和新農(nóng)合的補(bǔ)助標(biāo)準(zhǔn)由每人每年120元提高到200元。

國家基本藥物制度在政府辦基層醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生機(jī)構(gòu)實(shí)現(xiàn)全覆蓋，基本藥物安全性提高、價(jià)格下降。

公立醫(yī)院改革試點(diǎn)有序進(jìn)行。

基層醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生服務(wù)體系基本建成。
