Housing prices fall month on month in most Chinese cities in 2011
Data showed that in January 2011, a total of 60 out of 70 medium-large sized cities of China saw rises in new home prices, and the figure fell to 39 in July and to two in December.

2011年中國多數城市房價環比下降
在2011年1月份，全國70個大中城市中有60個城市新建商品住宅價格環比上漲，而7月份減少到39個，12月份減少到2個。
