據(jù)《新京報》消息，國家發(fā)改委預(yù)計，今年春運期間全國旅客運量將達到28.53億人次，比上年增長11.6%。2011年春運從1月19日開始至2月27日結(jié)束，共計40天。 |
| The NDRC said the transportation sector must anticipate uncertainties and put contingency plans in place, such as reserving transport capacity in case of bad weather or sudden surges in passenger numbers. Transportation companies should also extend office hours and make tickets available through other channels such as on Internet, the commission said. |
發(fā)改委要求運輸行業(yè)各部門做好準備，建立應(yīng)急機制，預(yù)留運力，預(yù)防如惡劣天氣、客流量驟增等不確定事件的發(fā)生。發(fā)改委還要求各部門延長服務(wù)時間，提供新型售票服務(wù)，方便旅客購票。
