???????網絡安全的一大威脅是黑客攻擊（hacking attack）。我國網絡遭境內外黑客攻擊的問題非常嚴重，是最大的受害國之一。以我國國防部網站為例，自國防部網站上線試運行的第一天起，每天都會受到大量的、不間斷的攻擊。上線第一個月受到的網絡攻擊就達230多萬次，包括侵入式攻擊和阻塞式攻擊，以侵入式攻擊為主。請看報道：
