French president and other foreign leaders to attend 2nd CIIE

At the invitation of Chinese President Xi Jinping, leaders of four countries will attend the opening ceremony and related events of the second China International Import Expo (CIIE) which runs from Nov. 5 to 10 in Shanghai, a Foreign Ministry spokesperson announced Wednesday.
Spokesperson Hua Chunying said the leaders include French President Emmanuel Macron, Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis, Jamaican Prime Minister Andrew Holness and Serbian Prime Minister Ana Brnabic.
