| Executive vice president of China Construction Bank (CCB) Fan Yifei has tendered his resignation due to a change of job, the CCB said Wednesday in a statement filed to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
The statement did not release any more details about Fan's new position or organization.
In the statement, China's second largest lender by market value highly praised the achievement of Fan during his 28-year work in the CCB.
During his tenure, Fan held various positions including general manager of the planning and finance department, assistant president and executive vice president. |
