Oh la la! French cheese, made right here, in China.

Liu Yang is the only person making French cheese in China. He creates 13 different kinds at a small workshop in the Hui Long Guan District of Beijing. French cheese is smelly and has a strong flavor. Expatriates love it, but many Chinese turn their noses up at it!

But Liu believes it won't be long before Chinese acquire a palate for this French delicacy.
