Chang'e 2 keeps sending back data as it looks at the moon from a distance of 100 kilometers. The lunar probe has maintained stable communication with the Control Center, and will carry out a test on the scientific equipment on board.

The test will prepare the spacecraft for taking photos of the moon, and for further scientific probes. It will enable data transmission from longer distances, and lay the cornerstone for the future of deep space exploration.
