Tuesday marks the Republic of Chad's National Pavilion Day at the Shanghai World Expo.

The pavilion consists of five areas: the City with Yardangs entrance, ethnic and culture area, economy and resources area, urban planning area and interactive area. The decoration in the entrance of Chad's pavilion's reflects the country's special landforms, the Yardangs. Films are projected on walls to present the country's fascinating landscapes and simplistic and enthusiastic folk culture. The ethnic culture area resembles a traditional Chadian house. In the same area, visitors can learn about Chadian ethnic culture through multimedia presentations.
