The Stage, on the ground floor of the Westin Hotel, is serving up a special Chinese New Year menu where you can try crab in a variety of styles. The crab varieties on offer include green crab, tiger crab, white crab, king crab legs and hairy crab. Diners can choose their own cooking style - everything from steaming with huadiao wine, stir-frying with garlic and ginger, deep frying with fragrant spices and curry, braising with soy sauce and cooking with chili spices. Other options include a Japanese station, Italian station, a salad and dessert station, and a Chinese BBQ station. The niangao (rice cake) babaofan (Eight Treasure Rice) and jiaozi (dumplings) are also all available.

While on the fifth floor of the hotel you can find EEST, an Asian restaurant where you can enjoy Cantonese, Thai, Sichuan and Japanese cuisines. In total there are six set meals to choose from. Each of the sets offer popular dishes such as babaofan and niangao, symbolic of "treasures" and "better luck."

Set meal prices range from 388 yuan per table for three to five people, and 988 yuan per table for 10 to 12 people, plus a 15 percent service fee.
