In their third meeting, the Brazilian women's national volleyball team defeated the Americans on Tuesday in three straight sets.
The match marked the Brazilian Ze Roberto's 250th career game as head coach.
With individual sets scores of 25-20, 25-12 and 25-22, Brazil won in front of their home crowd in the city of Londrina, Parana.
The win marked Ze Roberto's impressive 226th win while in command of the women's national team.
Brazil and the US face-off for the last time on Wednesday, closing the series of four friendly matches in preparation for the FIVB Volleyball World Championships in Japan. The tournament begins on October 29 and extends to November 14.
