S. Africa to give free visas for World Cup

Tickets holders for the upcoming World Cup Finals in South Africa will be issued visas free of charge, according to the country's authorities.
The action is aimed to entice more foreign fans to snap up unsold seats, said an official of South Africa's Home Affairs Ministry.
Visa fees for the country normally cost 425 rand (about 57 U.S. dollars).
