Two-year-old panda Xiangxiang is set free in the natural breeding district in the China Giant Panda Breeding and Research Center in Wolong in the southwest China's Sichuan Province on July 8, 2003. Xiangxiang is the world's first giant panda to be returned to nature after being raised by humans.
