Jackie Chan: Now I Want to Play a Love Story Film Rather Than Action One

Hong Kong superstar Jackie Chan wants to show the world that he can play an ordinary man as well as a kung fu hero.

His next film will be a low-budget love story, without a single action scene.

Some American film critics hail Jackie Chan's intended transition, saying the star is too old to perform dangerous stunts in action films.

They add that "The Medallion," Jackie's latest film's flop at the box office is further proof of this.
