Around 6000 injured have been transferred to neighboring regions. The China Seismological Bureau has reported 182 aftershocks measuring above magnitude 4, 28 measured above magnitude five, and 5 above magnitude six.

As of noon on Monday, donations from home and abroad had reached 30.8 billion yuan. Nine billion yuan has already been forwarded to the quake-affected areas.

The central government and local governments have allocated more than 16.6 billion yuan for rescue and relief work. Power supply, meanwhile, has been resumed in Hongyuan County, but not yet in Beichuan County.
