A woman went on trial yesterday in Kunming for stabbing her boyfriend—who was also her cousin—to death, the Spring City Evening News reported.

Yang Ruhua, 22, and her cousin Li Jianchang fell in love with each other in high school when Li lived in Yang’s home.

Then Li continued his study and went to Yunnan University of Nationalities, while Yang stayed at home as a farmer.

Yang stabbed Li to death in his university with a knife on April 5 after Li wanted to break up with her. “We’ve been together for 3 years, and I went through 6 abortions for him. Each time he forced me to do that. And I just had one on March 18,” Yang said
