Drinking and dancing has become part of the interview process for prospective civil servants in Jiangxi Province, the New Legal Daily reported Thursday.
The Tourism Resources Development Office of Le'an County posted six new positions for women in July.
Candidates were considered on how much they can drink, knowledge and performance in etiquette when serving wine, dance skills, and whether they get carsick. Most of the six women who were selected are from families with government background.
