Chinese equities fell at midday Wednesday, continuing a correction after surging about 10 percent last month.
The benchmark Shanghai Composite Index lost 11.96 points, or 0.46 percent to finish the morning session at 2,615.04.
The Shenzhen Component Index dropped 0.63 percent end at 10,762.95 at midday.
