Fox's "Glee" claimed the Screen Actors Guild Award for best ensemble cast in a comedy series and the AMC multi-award-winning series "Mad Men" won the Screen Actors Guild Award for best drama ensemble cast for the second year in a row, making the two companies the biggest winners at Saturday night's award ceremony.

"To be chosen by our peers means the world to us," said actress Jane Lynch from "Glee", when accepting the ensemble cast award at the 16th annual SAG Awards ceremony at the Shrine Auditorium.

However, NBC's "30 Rock" lead performers, Alec Baldwin and Tina Fey, still walked off with the prizes for best comedy actor and actress, which is evident that the series was a solid contender.

This was Baldwin's fourth consecutive victory for best actor in a comedy series, while Fey won her third straight award as best comedy actress.

Michael C. Hall was honored for his lead role in "Dexter" and Julianna Margulies was named best actress for her work in the new series "The Good Wife."

When accepting her award, Fey thanked some of her acting teachers, including Baldwin, "because I learn from you every single day." Baldwin said working on "30 Rock" is a "great experience with a great group of people."

Jon Hamm of "Mad Men" thanked the show's writers and crew while accepting the award for best drama ensemble cast. "It is truly a collaborative effort, the making of our show," he said.

Margulies, who was named best drama actress for her role as an attorney whose husband is a jailed former district attorney, thanked her parents who she said were her biggest supporters. "I just have to say my mother and father call me after every single episode," she said.

Both Margulies and Hall won Golden Globes Sunday night for the same roles.
